We ship worldwide!

We DO NOT alter Customs Forms, we will not risk our privileges' for you to save on Import Taxes, sorry.

We package your items in a secure and safe manner so as they arrive to you in great condition.

We mainly use the UPS, except on larger orders we will use UPS. You can always tell us what you prefer.

The cost of shipping is what it is. We cannot lower the shipping cost, sorry.

If the system under charges you for Shipping we will need the difference paid before we ship your package. We cannot predict the cost for every package prior to the order being created.

You may order up to 200 items per order.

To see what you will pay you will need to go thru checkout, shipping is based on the weight and size of the package. Before you make your payment you will know the shipping costs. Rarely we will ask for more, but if we do require for you to pay more postage the order will not be shipped until you do.

If you want Insurance on your package please tell us.

We normally ship the next business day. However life does throw us all some curves that we must deal with, so sometime it might take 4 or 5 business days. Please be patient and understanding. Thank you.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items on sale (if applicable)

Only items with a normal price can be returned. Items on sale unfortunately cannot be returned.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange the item for the same item, please email us at info@modelauto566.com and send your item to: Albert 1 laan 64 Nieuwpoort 8620.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver's account. They will then be notified of your return.

Send

To return your product, you must send your product to: Albert 1 laan 64 Nieuwpoort 8620.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes to receive your exchanged item may vary depending on where you live . If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
